I was looking forward to trying this app and learning more about kundalini yoga, however for almost 100 dollars a year, this app is quite costly and I dont remember seeing any videos. The music is lovely and the descriptions for each pose are helpful but it could use some instructional videos and more elements for the cost. Or keep it the way it is and bring the cost down.
